Just got the following e-mail note: “We are processing your request to transfer funds to your “PP” account from your bank account ending in **02. Processing usually takes 3-5 business days but may vary by bank.”

Does it really? 

Here in the third world – Brazil – I transfer money to my kids account from my personal account at any time, day or night, and the money is in their account as soon as I press “enter”.

You see, today I sent money from my Bank to Paypal (100 USD) and from Paypal to my other bank (50 USD). All transactions in USA. For the next 3 to 5 days 150 USD are gone to a limbo where I can’t use or even access it.  

In times of Internet broadband I don´t know how the American people except this outrageous situation? Do you?
