Chá de Louro – relaxe

É comum adicionarmos folhas de louro aos nossos alimentos, em carnes vermelhas e carnes de aves. Estudos recentes demostram que as folhas de louro têm muitos benefícios. (Experimente colocar uma folha no preparo do seu arroz.)

Beber chá quente de louro trata distúrbios digestivos;

Constipação, o louro regula o intestino;

Elimina o colesterol ruim e alivia os triglicerídeos;

Diminui o açúcar no sangue e também é antioxidante;

Ajuda que o corpo produza insulina;

 Uma xícara (250 ml de água e três folhas) duas vezes ao dia, dizem, quebra pedras nos rins e cura infecções.

Como sempre, cuidado a diferença entre o remédio e o veneno geralmente é a quantidade: o consumo excessivo de louro pode causar sonolência, já que a planta possui efeito calmante, além de poder causar alterações gastrointestinais, cólicas abdominais e dor de cabeça, vá de vagar – geralmente uma ou duas xícaras por dia é suficiente ou tome somente quando sentir necessidade.
